Description

Manno soup with cheese dumplings
I want to offer one more idea cooking meals for the children. The soup is cooked fast and tasty. My daughter, who semolina can not stand (she's even in infancy did not eat), ate the soup with great pleasure. However, I didn't tell her what made gnocchi (or rather, not called semolina, and cheese), even though she asked.

Cooking

step-0
So, prepare the dough for the dumpling. The water in the saucepan to heat, add butter, salt and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
step-1
Then fill the semolina and, stirring constantly, well kneaded, to avoid lumps.
step-2
Semolina cool down a bit, after add the egg, cheese. Cheese can add more than specified in the ingredients. Here just that case when I say that porridge oil will not spoil.
step-3
Stir well and form dough balls (better shape with wet hands). In the photo all the balls that I got from this quantity Manne-cheese dough. The size of the balls make it your own. I have the size of a walnut.
step-4
Now take the broth. He's already ready. The meat is in the broth, we put. I have cooked pork. If it will eat small children, then it is better to cook the broth of chicken, Turkey or veal. Broth bring to a boil, add carrots (I cut up so curly, but you can just grate). Cook for 10-15 minutes. Here I am in the soup put a little more potatoes as my husband doesn't understand the first without this vegetable. If the soup is potato, then it must boil until the potatoes are done. Be sure to try the soup for salt. And add everything according to your taste (I mean salt and spices).
step-5
Then gently drop the dumplings into the soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
step-6
In the end, add the greens.
step-7
Here is our finished soup.
step-8
Pour into a bowl and eat with appetite.
