Corn porridge
Humitas. The dish hails from Argentina. Seen a few variants of its preparation, the main one is raw porridge wrapped in corn leaves and cooked. In YouTube found this here method of cooking on it and stopped. Porridge is very tasty and nutritious.

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Corn, chopped onion whipped in a blender until smooth.
