Chicken in ginger sauce
Tender, spicy, juicy, with a fragrant, thick sauce. Products the most common, prepared quickly and easily. I would be glad if You, the cooks, and for me, this recipe will be a real lifesaver.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato juice

    0.5 cup

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

In the bowl of a blender pour tomato juice, add the mustard, sour cream, curry, salt, ginger, and a good punch.

In a skillet or saucepan with a thick bottom to heat the oil and fry on a high heat chicken. Once the meat starts to brown - sprinkle with pepper and mix well.

Pour the sauce into the roasted meat, stir the fire diminish to a minimum, close the pan with a lid and stew until ready (20-25 minutes).

Then add the chopped garlic and diluted in water starch. Stir.

Disconnect the fire and infuse the meat for a few minutes.
