Cooking
Prepare the required products.
Turkey fillet to beat off with a hammer without fanaticism.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and RUB seasoning (any of your choice).
In a bowl, mix the egg, passed through the press garlic, soy teriyaki sauce (I use Kikkoman TM).
Then in a bowl place chops and mix well with the marinade. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry chops on both sides until cooked.
Chops are ready place them on a dish and serve. Bon appetit!
