Buckwheat with mushrooms and onions
Buckwheat in our family, very loved, and we eat it often. And well-known buckwheat with mushrooms is also a frequent guest on our table. I added a bit of its aromatic herbs and Golden crispy onions. Turned out very juicy and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Thyme

    4 sprig

  • Salt

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

Cooking

Buckwheat boil until cooked according to instructions on the package. I use for this dish buckwheat TM Mistral.

Add oil. I oil for buckwheat I do not regret. Porridge oil will not spoil.

The onion we shall cut cubes.

Roll in flour (2 tbsp)

Fry in boiling oil until crisp.

Mushrooms we shall cut fairly large.

Fry with vegetable oil for about 10 minutes.

Add the sour cream.

The thyme leaves. Saute a few minutes. In the water carefully stir the remaining flour and salt. Pour the mushrooms and stirring occasionally simmer until it thickens. Pepper. Remove from the heat.

Mix buckwheat with mushrooms. Place on a plate. Top liberally sprinkle with onions.
