Cheese balls
These snack balls are well suited for beer, for wine. Out very tender. And always decorate the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Coconut shavings

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Nuts

In a Cup put a pack of cheese, sour cream, softened butter, garlic (squeeze through the press). I finely sliced the garlic because everything mixed together in a blender. Season with salt to taste, mix everything until smooth.

Finely chop the dill and add to our cheese "stuffing". Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to frozen oil. Then it will be easier to shape the balls.

Get the mince out of the fridge and start sculpting. On the palm form a little cake, put a nut (you can use pickled cucumber, olives, and all that your heart desires). The flapjack rolled into a ball. This ball crumble, in a separate saucer, coconut ( who doesn't love coconut, you can use the cheese, grated on a fine grater.)
