Potato pie
Today we had dinner at the American. Ie dinner, as such, was not, and was pie... with milk. But what a pie!!! He is so rich that can replace a traditional dinner in our understanding.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Milk

    7 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Spices

  • Bacon

    3 piece

Cooking

Oil is softening, add salt and pepper to taste, zest and nutmeg.

Enter the slightly beaten egg and sour cream, mix well.

Pour the sifted with the baking powder and the flour, pour in the milk. Knead a soft dough. If required, add some flour.

Put the dough in a greased form, having a high side. Prick with a fork. Put into the refrigerator.

Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater, onion and garlic finely chopped onion (optionally fried, will be more fragrant). Mix potatoes with onion, garlic, herbs and cheese.

Add milk, lightly beaten eggs and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Pour the filling on the dough, flatten. Bake at 180*C for 30 minutes.

Then remove the cake, spread on the surface of the strips of bacon and put back in the oven for another 20 minutes.

The finished pie to take out, leave in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove from the mold.
