Rice-pumpkin soup
Another soft in consistency and easy to make soup. If you replace the cream with water, soup perfectly diversify Lenten menu. Thank you for the idea Oksana.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Croutons

  • Sesame

Cooking

Wash rice and boil in 110 ml of salt water (the water should completely soak into the rice). I used rice Kuban from TM Mistral.

Pumpkin and pear clean, cut into small pieces. Put in a suitable baking dish, add the oil and mint and mix. Bake in preheated to 200 deg oven for 30 min.

In the bowl of a blender put the rice, pumpkin with pear, chop until smooth. Hot cream, bring the soup to your desired consistency. Season with salt to taste.

Pour the soup into plates, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, spread toast. Bon appetit!
