Cooking
To prepare the products.
Chilled butter, chop and grind flour.
Add 2 eggs, salt. Knead the dough until smooth.
Wrap the dough in foil and put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Bacon cut into small pieces.
2 Eggs vzbit in a solid foam with cream.
In the egg-cream mixture add cheese and bacon. Stir.
Roll the dough and put into a form so, to get the bumpers.
Gently shift the filling, place the edges of the dough. Pepper.
Put the pie in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200*C.
