These vegetables will be needed to prepare the salad.
The purified radish cut into thin strips.
Cut the carrot. I used a grater. Grind with salt vegetables.
Cut sweet bell pepper, onion and garlic.
All vegetables stir, add salt and pepper.
Make a dressing of vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and red ground hot peppers.
Pour the salad dressing, decorate with greens. The salad was delicious the next day after infusions. Goes well with the pilaf.
