Very coconut cake - say no more )))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Shape with a diameter of 20 cm vystelit baking paper. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and 2/3 Cup. coconut flakes.

Add melted butter and mix well.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and form a basis.

Bake for 10 minutes.

For the filling, whisk together the cheese, sugar, eggs and sour cream.

Add 150 g coconut, stir.

Pour on a complete basis.

Bake for 50 - 60 minutes, till the filling sets. Leave cake in oven with door ajar until cool. Then place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Decorate, e.g. chocolate chips.
