Cooking
Sponge cake: separate eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites with the sugar until soft peaks form. Still whisking, add one egg yolk. Flour, starch sift and mix gently with a spoon. Add poppy seeds, mix well.
Baking tray lay a paper, pour the dough, flatten. Bake in preheated oven at 200 deg. 10 minutes.
The cream cheese add powdered sugar, cream and whip to a smooth cream. Chocolate melt in a water bath and add cream. Mix well.
The finished cake let cool slightly. To remove the paper. To apply the cream.
Frosting to grease up the loaf. The frosting I took the store, it should hold for 5 minutes in hot water and it's ready to use. Finished roll sprinkle with candy sprinkles and enjoy!
