    170 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

    0.5 tsp

    0.75 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Beat the eggs with sugar to increase the weight 4-5 times. Add the cardamom and cloves. All mix well.
step-1
Melt the butter, add the yeast and stir.
step-2
Sift the flour through a sieve, pour it to the eggs with sugar. Knead the dough.
step-3
Add the butter mixture and yeast. Grate the zest of one lemon on a fine grater, add it to the dough and knead. On low heat put the pan with plenty of vegetable oil, how should it be reheated. Using two teaspoons to form small balls of dough and drop them into the boiling oil. Fry biscuits in oil until Golden brown. Don't make cookies very large! The large amount of it is quite appetizing to look outside, but the inside will be raw dough. Than smaller are the balls, so they will be tastier and more tender (I recommend to make beads with a diameter of dvuhrublevuyu coins).
step-4
Ready balls to take out on paper towels and drain off the excess oil. Sprinkle cookies with powdered sugar.
step-5
Completely cooled cookies to shift in a vase and once again liberally sprinkled with powdered sugar. All! Help yourself!
