Sicilian fish soup

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Celery root

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Celery leaf

    1 coup

  • Lemon

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Fennel

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

All the chopped vegetables added to the onions and stew, salted and pepper and add garlic until almost soft. If you use fresh fennel, then also simmer it with these vegetables.

In a saucepan boil water (can use broth, but it makes no sense) and add it to the contents of the pan, tomato paste or canned tomatoes, fish fillets, fennel (if you use spice) - I recommend to put it in the net and remove when the soup is ready, because he is solid and would hate to get caught between the teeth).

To taste salt and pepper, add more garlic or fennel. Slightly beat with a mixer (do not bring to the state of the cream, the fish should be in small pieces).
