Description

Cream soup beet vegetable
Very fragrant, bright soup with original taste. It can eat as a vegetarian and fasting. It seems to me that the soup is suitable for those who are dieting. Delicious and warm, and cold.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    250 g

  • Celery leaf

    6 sprig

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Coconut milk

    200 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Juice

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

Cooking

Beets baked or boiled. Clean.

Onions cut into cubes. If you have a petiolar celery, then cut a few stalks. I don't have it, so I just cut the stems.

Lightly fry the onion and celery.

Pour soy sauce Kikkoman.

Fry with sauce a couple more minutes.

Pour in the water.

Coconut milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and cook 7-10 minutes.

Beets chop and put in blender. Add the leaves of celery.

Pour in the liquid ingredients.

Blend. Taste. Salt. Pour back into the saucepan and bring to a boil. We need soup to warm up along with the beets.

Pour back into the blender. Add to taste lime juice (can be lemon). Again blend it.

Finely chop the garlic. Soup pour into bowls or cups, or glasses. Sprinkle with garlic. Can be served with crackers, bread or decorative chips.
