It would seem that what is easier to cook the potatoes! However, a little trick can make the familiar and commonplace dish an entirely new flavor. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user-aunt Ira called "mashed potatoes with fake bacon" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Peel the potatoes. 2-3 pieces cut into small cubes and fry in a mixture of oil and butter until Golden color. After our "greaves" are ready, take them out and sprinkle with thyme and chilli. I think that the fit and other seasonings, which I enjoy. In the same oil, after the "skins" you can fry onions, roughly chopped.
The rest of the potatoes cover with water and cook until tender, not forgetting to season with salt to taste.
Hot potatoes you can just sprinkle "bacon" and fried onions and serve. And you can make mashed potatoes and mix it with our "spread". Very simple, tasty and hearty dish is ready. Bon appetit!
