Salad
This salad recently tried the restaurant "hunter's yard", very much, although, of course, judging by the title, the budget can not say, but I think someone will come in handy for the holiday table or romantic dinner.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

  • Scallop

  • Tomato

  • Arugula

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Parmesan

Take frozen shrimp and scallops and allow them to thaw spontaneously. Shrimp net, I usually leave the tip of the tail for beauty.

Mushrooms wash, dry with paper towel and cut into slices.

Take soy sauce "Kikkoman" (2 tbsp) and fill them with seafood and sliced mushrooms. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

Seafood and mushrooms dry with paper towel and fry in a grill pan (greased with a brush oil). Fry for approximately 1 minute on each side.

Take the serving dish. Arugula wash, dry, put on a plate.

Tomato cut into segments and placed on top of the arugula, you can take a few cut in half the cherry tomatoes.

Put the seafood and mushrooms grilled.

Prepare the dressing. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman" (1 tbsp.), olive oil and lemon juice, stir with a fork.

Pour salad dressing, sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers and grated Parmesan. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
