Pate
Delicious and a very delicate pate, this is great squeezed out of the cooking bag and keeps the shape.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Salt

Peel the carrot and cut into cubes.

Carrots and liver put in a saucepan and boil until fully cooked. When cooked liver and carrots sprinkle with salt!

Onions cleaned, cut cubes and to fry on a small piece of butter.

The water after cooking the carrots and liver is drained! In the bowl of a blender put cooled liver, carrots and fried onions. To promolot to obtain a homogeneous mass, add Kikkoman soy sauce, and salt. Spices as desired and beat again blender.

Then the butter at room temperature cut into cubes.

Add to the blender and once again it is good to promolot.
