Appetizer of herring and boiled eggs on crispy cream bread. Not to be confused with the mincemeat! I bought a herring and a lot of thinking what to cook... Coat tired, itself recently.. ate Rummaging through the fridge, "invented" such a miracle. All very had to taste. Definitely will cook again! Help yourself!

Cooking
Disassemble the herring and cut into small cubes.
Boil eggs, cut into small cubes also, slice green onions.
Apples peel, RUB on a small grater, sprinkle with wine vinegar. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl, add dill and sour cream. Our sauce is ready!
Fry it in a pan with a small amount of butter until crisp
And now, smear and enjoy! Nice!
