Okroshka with tan and ice-cold brew
Hearty and flavorful hash with ice from the brew.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Radishes

    10 piece

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Basil

  • Brew

    150 ml

  • Ayran

    1 l

Cooking

Potatoes and eggs to boil, cool and cut into small cubes.

Radish and cucumber cut into small cubes.

Chop the onion. Then a chicken breast cut into strips and use a fork to make out the fibers.

At the end add the mustard, horseradish and Tang soft. Mix and put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Brew pour into molds for ice and put into the freezer for 3-4 hours. (This can be done in advance). The present hodgepodge pour into bowls, add ice from the brew and green Basil. Bon appetit!
