Mushroom soup with beans
Hearty, nutritious and delicious soup has always been the main dish on the Russian table. It's the same soup, only the soup needs to dominate the taste of the main component and... prepared in Russia, the soup is always without meat. I'm a little deviated from tradition and made the soup in meat broth, with pork ribs.

Cooking time is given without cooking the beans and broth. Soak the beans for 3 - 4 hours and boil them completely in 1 l of water with sugar. I use red PINTO beans from "Mistral".
