Mushroom soup Chinese style
I suggest you an unusual recipe of mushroom soup from the mushrooms. Soup turns out very light and perfect for a diet.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Noodles

    25 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

500 g of water pour into a saucepan and put on fire.

Mushrooms cut into strips.

Cucumber cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and slice into strips.

Finely chop the onion. Garlic cut into petals. In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute.

Add chopped mushrooms and cucumber to the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes.

Fried vegetables add to the pan, stir and bring to a boil. Break noodles into 3 parts and add to the soup. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, mix well. Try and add salt to taste. After boiling, cook for about 7 minutes until cooked noodles.
