Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant cut into cubes.Add salt and leave for some time.

You can also use the stems from the eggplants.To clear them from the sprigs and add to sinenky.

In hot oil fry the onions until Golden brown.Bulgarian pepper cut into wide strips, add to the onions.Hot peppers can be put in whole.

After a couple of minutes add the chopped tomatoes.

In a Cup of eggplant pour cold water.Stir the eggplant. A good squeeze.

Pressed eggplant to add into the cauldron. Add spices: salt 1-1,5 tsp,pepper red and black, 0.5 tsp mix well.To reduce the fire and simmer the vegetables for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed.

5 minutes until cooked add the chopped greens(I dill, cilantro, Basil, parsley),garlic and 1tbsp.l. soy sauce.

When cool, serve.
