Description

Custard
This cream can be used for filling any baking and desserts! It can also sort kremanki and serve with fruit and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Granulated sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

Cooking

Egg into the bowl, add sugar and starch. Thoroughly beat with a fork to form a white homogeneous mass.

Pour egg mixture to the warm milk and stir. Put the bowl of milk mixture on the fire. Bring custard to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil after boiling over low heat, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency and thickness.

Remove the pan from the heat, add in the custard vanilla and stir.
