Mushroom soup with zucchini
This aromatic summer soup will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Greens

On a large grater three carrots, I use a closed grater.

Because I don't like boiled onions, but without the onion soup is not fragrant, I found out and was crushed onion in the blender, thereby getting rid of onion tears.

Once the water with the potatoes to boil add the onions and mushrooms. Put on medium heat. Cook for 10 min.

While cooking the soup cut the courgettes, then add to soup, throw pepper 5 pieces allspice and 4 pieces, Boil until cooked potatoes.

Add the greens, dill or parsley as you like, stir and leave to stand for 5 min.
