Tomato soup with barley and Chinese cabbage
Another variation on the theme of soup and tomato soups! It turns out unusual and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    2 cup

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Cabbage Chinese

    1 plug

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Ingredients for soup. Pearl barley to soak overnight. Rinse well.

Meat pour 3 liters of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam, cook for 30 minutes. In the soup add barley, cook for 20 minutes.

Chop onions, fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, add to the onions, fry for 2-3 minutes.

Chinese cabbage chopped.

The cabbage along with the fried vegetables add to the soup, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.

The soup pour in the tomato juice, boil for another 5 minutes.
