Pâté of cabbage and pepper
Delicious pate! Prepared from the available products. Perfect with toasted toast. Happy to offer a recipe, I hope it bring something new to your Lenten table.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cabbage cut.

Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.

Cabbage recline in a colander, give a good drain and squeeze. Then puree them in a blender. Add the peppers and again Buriram.

Add to mashed potatoes the oil.

Grind nuts, mix with garlic and Basil.
