Potatoes in soy sauce
Sweet potato in Korean is very simple. And the taste of potatoes is unusual and piquant. If you don't know what to make of potatoes for the Christmas table, then this recipe is just right.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

Ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and wash thoroughly in several waters to remove the starch.

Large onions cut into half rings, garlic chop.

Put a deep pan on fire and pour olive oil. Pour into the pan the potatoes and the garlic. Fry until the potatoes are slightly transparent, stirring occasionally.

Then add the onion and continue to fry.

Add the potatoes, half the water, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and sugar, stir and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated. If the liquid is gone and potatoes are still uncooked, add a little water.

In the remaining water (1/4 Cup) stir corn starch.

Pour diluted starch in potatoes. Stir and remove from heat. Add the potatoes sesame oil to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds. That's all!
