Protein roll with custard Apple cream
Unusually gentle roll on the proteins, with the air of Apple custard, true creamy taste, which gives eco-friendly butter TM Ekomilk.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    160 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Citric acid

    0.333 tsp

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    120 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    120 g

Cooking

Proteins vzbit in a lush foam with citric acid, add slowly the powdered sugar, vanilla, baking powder, continue whisking until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the flour and mix gently with a spatula to proteins not dropped off.

Using cooking syringe put the strips of dough on a baking sheet measuring 25 by 35cm, covered with baking paper and oiled on a diagonal, as in the photo.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15. Greaseproof paper sprinkled with powdered sugar and flip the cake on it, to gently remove the top paper and roll it up. Cool.

For custard Apple cream apples peeled, cut into slices, mix with sugar and cook, stirring, until soft.

Add starch, egg yolks and cook until thick, constantly vimosewa.

Cool, add vanilla and butter to TM Itself, which has a real creamy taste!Beat with a mixer.

Gently expand the roll, brush the finished custard Apple cream, roll it up, sprinkle with 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
