Coconut cake with milk
Very quick and easy to prepare Coconut pie! The cake turns out tender, airy and incredibly flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Coconut shavings

    160 g

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

1. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, coconut. Add baking powder and vanilla sugar

2. Pour the dry ingredients with the milk, stir

3. In form ( I have the pan 23x30 cm) lined with parchment and greased with butter, pour half of the dough, flatten

4. In the remaining half add the cocoa, mix and put into the form, using wooden skewers to make a pattern. Bake pie in a preheated 180*C oven for 35 - 40 minutes.

5. Ready pie to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
