My favorite pie!!! It is insanely delicious, slightly moist, very rich and with a fascinating flavor! The great taste of this pie will appeal to both kiddies and adults.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    270 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Orange zest

    2 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    200 g

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

Sift the flour.

Dried apricots, prunes (I have raisins) rinse, dry well and cut into slices.

Beat eggs with sugar until thick foam. Continuing to whisk until smooth, add butter and olive oil.

Then pour in the milk. Add the flour and stir gently to avoid lumps.

With citrus to remove the zest.

To the batter add the zest of lemons and oranges, dried apricots and prunes (I have raisins). Mix well.

Chocolate breaking into small pieces (I shokokai), add to the dough. Stir with a spatula.

Split form (20 cm) greased with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

In prepared pan pour the batter. Send in the preheated oven (180 C), bake the pie, about 75 minutes to dry skewers. Be guided by your oven.

Pie remove from the oven. Allow to cool. Optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
