Cooking
Onion cut into half rings. We scald with boiling water, allow to cool.
Pickle it in vinegar with red pepper.
Cut the liver in small pieces, dip them in flour with salt, red and black pepper.
Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.
Add the marinated onion along with marinade.
Sprinkle with mustard, simmer until almost complete evaporation of the liquid.
Give "clusters" to cool, spread them on a baking tray.
Next to them is the liver.
Put in oven for 20 minutes at 180C
