Spinach soup
Tasty, easy, quick to cook, and most importantly, very useful!!! Very popular with the children.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vermicelli

    0.25 cup

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Spinach and onion finely chop.

Fry the onion in butter, until soft.

Put in a pan the spinach, fill with water, cover, wait until boil and reduced in size.

At this time, whisk in a bowl the yogurt, flour and egg yolk.

With continuous stirring the mixture was slowly injected 2 ladles of water with spinach.

Then from the bowl, pour it slowly into the pan and also mix constantly the contents.

Add the vermicelli, salt. Cook until softened vermicelli on slow flame.
