Miso soup with mushrooms
Useful and tasty dish, lean and easy to prepare. Spend just 15 minutes on lunch, surprise your loved ones interesting, unusual and delicious soup.

Ingredients

  • Algae

    1 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Miso paste

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 tsp

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour vegetable oil "Oleyna" and fry for 2 minutes chopped leeks

Add the chopped pepper and mushrooms. Cook for another 3 minutes. Pour soy sauce and leave on heat for another 1 minute.

Seaweed soak. Miso paste is diluted with water.

Algae are pressed and crushed.

In a pan pour water. Bring to boil, put it in seaweed Wakame and immediately remove from heat.

Pour the Miso paste and add Tofu. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!!!
