Asian soup
To prepare this soup I used quinoa from "Mistral".

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    150 g

  • Bacon

    125 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sweet potato

    700 g

  • Broth

    800 ml

Main ingredients. Quinoa pour 250 ml of water, add salt and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Onions and garlic peel and chop. Bacon cut into cubes. In a heavy-bottomed pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil and fry the onion with bacon until semi transparent bow. Add the garlic.

If your stores are stocked such a beast as "yams", feel free to use it - get authentic soup. I took home potatoes, cleaned, cut cubes and added to the pot.

Pour in the vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper, to season chili. Soup bring to boil and cook under lid for 15 minutes, put soup 4 tablespoons diced potatoes and bacon, the remaining product blend.

Put the soup quinoa, diced bacon and potatoes. Pour into bowls.
