Cooking
Meat cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
Carrot fry in vegetable oil, adding a pinch of sugar. Fry over high heat, quickly. The carrots should remain half-baked. At the end add vinegar (plain), stir, keep on heat for 30 seconds, remove and separate the carrots from the vinegar.
For the filling - mix the mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil. Dressing should be thick.
The first layer spread the meat. Each layer lightly pour dressing.
Next, the green part of the leeks cut into strips, lay out the second layer.
The edges spread the carrots and the chopped prunes.
Allow to infuse for at least 30 minutes and serve.
