Appetizer of spicy peppers with tuna
The perfect snack for those who like it hot :)

Ingredients

  • Chili

    125 g

  • Tuna

    85 g

  • Salmon

    15 piece

  • Anchovies

    2 piece

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

  • Curd

    2 Tbsp

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

Cooking

Sun-dried tomatoes and anchovies finely chopped. Mix in a bowl the tuna (drained), capers, chopped tomatoes, anchovy fillets, cream cheese, Parmesan. Pepper black ground pepper, drizzle with lemon juice.

Mix well until smooth.

Peppers cut, stuff tuna-cottage cheese. Wrap in thinly sliced strips of salted salmon. Serve as a snack to strong drinks. Will especially appreciate the snack and herbs.

The original pepper cleaned from the stalk and seeds. I take pepper medium spicy but not chili, therefore, to remove seeds and the stalk is not necessary.
