Loaf for tea in a hurry
Sometimes you want fresh pastries, but the time for its preparation no. With work call son and he puts the dough. By the time I got the dough ready. Maybe somebody can use this recipe. I use often this way, even if preparing the dough itself.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Milk

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

    1.4 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Raisins

    30 g

Cooking

Take all ingredients and mix except raisins and almonds. To rise (should double to come). Knead with flour is not necessary. The dough should not be liquid or thick.

Crush in a mortar the almonds. Mix well the dough with raisins and nuts. To shift into the form for baking bread.

The form with the dough put in a warm oven at a temperature of 50 degrees, so it is up. The dough came, the temperature increased to 180 degrees. Loaf and leave to bake for 20-30 minutes.

The loaf is cut bad as too soft. I cut with a knife and laser sharpened.

Four of us, bread is eaten immediately. So always baking fresh. A pleasant tea. :-)
