Carrots and beets wash and boil for 15-20 minutes in different pots. Vegetables cleaned and cut into pieces. Carrots in the hot season with butter, orange juice, crushed garlic (2 cloves), cumin, mix well. Season the beets with oil, balsamic vinegar (if not, Apple cider vinegar or regular), crushed garlic (2 cloves), salt and pepper, mix well. Put on a baking tray lined with foil.
