Description

Soup-puree of chickpeas and leek
This is a very healthy and delicious vegetarian soup with a high content of fiber. Is prepared simply, eaten fast and fun .

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    1.5 cup

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Curry

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Cream

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chickpeas overnight soak in cold water with a teaspoon of baking soda.

Pour in a pot of water, put the washed and soaked chickpeas, cook until tender.

The stem of the leek, slice, garlic cloves cleaning.

Add the chickpeas to the onions and garlic, cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

Put everything in a food processor and whip.

Pour back into the saucepan, add salt to taste and curry powder, if desired, add half a teaspoon of sugar.

Wait until boiling and remove from heat.

Serve, garnished with herbs and cream (vegetarian option – no cream). Bon appetit!
