Lentil soup with pineapple and chicken
I want to offer you to prepare delicious hearty soup with some interesting ingredients. Don't be scared of pineapples — oddly enough, they don't feel it inappropriate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Leeks

    75 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Curry

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

These are our main ingredients: chicken fillet, green lentils (brand Mistral, of course), leeks, cream, canned pineapple. Also, we need (but in the photo they are not): prepared chicken broth, curry powder, a little vegetable oil, pepper and salt.

First you need to boil the lentils. Wash it, fill it with water (2 parts water to one part cereal), put on the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes — until soft. Drain off excess water, if it is, rinse with cold water.

While cooking lentils, do some other products. Pineapple cut slices, leeks — rings, chicken — large cubes. When the lentils are almost ready, heat in a saucepan a tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the chicken together with the curry powder.

Add to the chicken broth and the lentils, salt, pepper, bring to a boil.

When the soup is boiling, throw pineapples...

... and leeks. Cook for 10 minutes. At the end pour in the cream and heat over. If you need doselevel again pepper. All!

You can pour into bowls and eat! Bon appetit!
