Herring
I got the recipe employee, and I am again pleased to make this product, thanks to our Katerina Filipovna. And I would be glad if you enjoy this tasty fish!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    60 ml

Cooking

Defrost the herring, pull out the bow (I take a lot of onions-at odds with a Bang)

Gutting the herring, cut into fillets, wash, dry, and with milk (or caviar that gets in the fish)

Cut the onion into rings

Marinade all the ingredients, except the vinegar, mix, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add vinegar.

Begin to lay out layers of fish and onions
