Honey cakes
Honey gingerbread in Russia has always been a symbol of celebration, fun and good mood. Rich aroma of cinnamon and honey combined with notes of lemon gives the cakes magic taste, will raise the mood on a cold winter evening. My gingerbread garland for the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Honey

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Carnation

  • Salt

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

Honey pour into a bowl, add in honey and melted butter.
