In Switzerland, savory cupcakes are served as an aperitif, before meals. They are very delicious and airy! They can also be eaten with salads, to give children in school and take on the road.

Mix flour with dry yeast.
Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, mustard, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, beat all together.
In the dough add ham and olives, sliced.
Put the dough in the form greased with butter and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 15 min., then reduce to 180°C and bake for 30 min.
Allow to cool before remove from the molds.
