The cream of mushroom soup with potatoes and zucchini
Recipes with similar recipes on the website a lot. But my cooking is fundamentally different way of cooking. The soup is more intense! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Broth

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Parsley

Cooking

Prepare the broth (I have chicken, beef on the bone, onions, carrots, selleri, Bay leaf and spices).

In non-stick pan with olive oil fry the onion, carrot and Caldera, diced.

Add the mushrooms. Fry.

Add diced potatoes and zucchini. Pour the hot broth and simmer 20 minutes on low heat.

When the soup is ready, puree them in a blender. Add half of the grated cheese. Stir. If too thick, dilute with the broth.

In each plate add grated cheese and chopped parsley. Add the croutons. Bon Appetit!
