Appetizer of avocado with prawns
Cooking together with "Scarlett March 8". Very beautiful and tasty appetizer, perfect for a romantic evening. The unique combination of avocado with shrimp. Be sure to serve with love and candlelight.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Caviar

    150 g

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Onion peeled, cut into thin half-rings. Cucumber and wash the herbs. Cucumber RUB on the Korean grater. Dill and cilantro dry, chop.

To make the sauce. Whisk in a small bowl the sour cream and mayonnaise, add 1 tbsp caviar pingora and greens. Season to taste with salt and pepper, mix gently.

Avocado wash, cut in half, remove the seeds, using a large spoon remove the pulp and chop it small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice.

Shrimp thawed and rinsed. Connect in a bowl the pulp of avocado, cucumber, onions and shrimp. Pour sauce and mix well.

Spread the prepared mixture into avocado halves. From top to decorate the remaining eggs of pingora.
