And again, for lovers of cauliflower! Spicy, hearty salad with olives and cashew nuts. I could not keep my hands off him!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    8 piece

  • Nuts

    1 handful

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Ginger

Prepare foods for salad. Carrots, eggs boil. Cauliflower boil in salted and lightly sweetened water. Onions cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil.

Boiled cauliflower cut into quite small.

Add the chopped eggs.

And carrots.

Fried onion wring out excess oil and add to salad.

Olives cut into rings and salad.

Also add roasted cashews. Tuck in salad mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream, lemon juice and ground ginger. Salt and pepper to taste.
