Cooking
Prepare foods for salad. Carrots, eggs boil. Cauliflower boil in salted and lightly sweetened water. Onions cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
Boiled cauliflower cut into quite small.
Fried onion wring out excess oil and add to salad.
Olives cut into rings and salad.
Also add roasted cashews. Tuck in salad mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream, lemon juice and ground ginger. Salt and pepper to taste.
The salad is best served a La carte, put on a plate in the form of a small island. Decorate with nuts, herbs and olives. BON APPETIT!!!
