Very very tasty and healthy product. The recipe is not the author, of course, taken from the book of 1905 , however, ideal for cooking in modern conditions. Cooking
Milk and cream pour into a saucepan with a thick bottom, put in a preheated 200 degree oven
The rising of the foam sinks to the bottom of the pan up until 1/3 of the liquid has boiled off, 1-2 foam put it on a plate
The resulting baked milk cools to 40 degrees (you can safely dip your toe), during this time, mix the sour cream, sugar and egg yolk
The resulting mixture pour in milk and whisk, and mixer, only at minimum speed

I put in yogurt maker if its not, then put in the oven on 40 degrees, leave to simmer for 3.5 hours
