Cooking
Cherries to discard in a colander to drain juice. The primary source used canned cherries I bought frozen, pre-thaw it. Soft butter, eggs, salt and sugar beat until smooth.
Add sifted with the starch and baking powder to the flour mix (you can use a mixer).
Half of the dough to spread out in molds for muffins (10-12 pieces) In the remaining dough add cocoa and milk (1-2 tbsp), stir.
Spread the remaining batter into the molds, lightly mix with a fork or wooden skewer.
From top to distribute the cherries. Bake in a preheated oven (180'C) 25 minutes (focus on your oven). Readiness check wooden skewer.
For the cream, mix the vanilla pudding with 50 ml of milk. The remaining milk to heat with the sugar, add the pudding mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat, allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Beat butter until fluffy state, continuing to whisk, gradually add the pudding mass. The finished cream cover with plastic wrap, cool completely.
The finished cakes to cool on a wire rack, decorate with cream. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Put one cherry. Melt the chocolate way convenient for you (not having a microwave, I just put the chocolate in a cellophane bag and pour boiling water. Then cut the "nose" and "paint").
