Dry red wine

2 Tbsp
Cooking
Spinach leaves washed, scalded with boiling water and immediately cool in ice water. Now let a little bit dry.
Tomatoes and peppers finely chopped
Sauté the vegetables in olive oil, add the corn, salt, pepper. Pour 2 tbsp of the wine. Simmer until the wine has evaporated.
To make green sauce. In the mixer, loaded with fresh cucumber, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill and a spoon of wine. Whisk for several minutes until a homogeneous air mass. Add salt to taste.
For the spinach spread the vegetables and wrap the roll
Rolls are ready pour the green sauce and serve!
